Highlights, Summer

Would you like to enjoy a unique experience with penguins? Join this exclusive excursion where you can walk beside them for one hour with a specialized guide who will share everything about the life of these beautiful and fascinating animals.

After check-in at our office at the tourist pier (Av. Prefectura Naval 410), we will begin our journey to Martillo Island along National Route 3. On the way you will see the characteristic vegetation of the region: lenga and coihue forests, peat bogs and mountains. We then take Complementary Route J to go even deeper into the forest until we reach the boarding area where the real adventure begins.

Once there, we board the semi-rigid zodiac that takes us to the island. After a 15-minute crossing, we will spend 1 hour walking through the colony of gentoo and Magellanic penguins with our guide, and then return to Ushuaia.
